  • This video series takes me down a memory lane as a 24 year old living freely in Micronesia. It's an enchanting land that speaks to the soul. Thanks for the FD team for producing yet another masterpiece. I hope to travel there again before I meet the creator.

Here in Hawai'i, we live and work among many people from Micronesia. It is a joy. It seems incredible that the US government deemed the Micronesian culture insignificant.

This is an very informative, interesting and incredibly wonderful documentary on Micronesia. I'm so happy I stumbled across it. The islands are so pristine with natural surroundings, the crystal clear waters. Love the simple lifestyles the Micronesians have been living and continue to.. blissful peace, love & harmony with each other and nature. Kudos to Bruce for what you have done for them. You're awesome; am pretty certain the Micronesians will never forget you. With ❤ from a Melanesian sister from the island of New Guinea aka Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬

44:13 if only each man thought this! God Bless you brotha! You are storing up treasures in heaven!
  • Many places aren’t pronounced properly, so those in the know just bear w/it. It’s a good documentary about Bruce and how he connects people across a great expanse of water!! The islanders that I’ve spoken to, call it Pohnepei pronounced like Pah-nah-pei. Not Pompei. For those who aren’t familiar with Polynesia, Micronesia & Melanesia these are islands surrounded by water, which joins all the islands in the Pacific Ocean. Our ancestors have navigated the oceans using the stars and currents on their voyages, for more than 3,000 years. The most recent famous voyages are of the Hokūle’a fr Hawai’i in the 1970s - present.
  • Oh man... out of rubbish videos in youtube, I found this video masterpiece, great English narrative... I feel proud to be human... Thank you all for the video .. God bless you all...!!!

Kudos to everyone who contributed to this documentary's telling of the true tale of humanity. Particularly to the elderly man who acts as a bridge between the villager and the islander of the Pacific.

Love to see Micronesian natives truly appreciate the efforts of their forefathers. BTW, just to highlight this well chiseled jawline handsome guy of this Yap resident 🔥💪🏼. He's at 29:26
