Suge Knight was the victim of a battery, assault and a type of car jacking that isn't legally defined or recognized as a car jacking. I am very confident that Cle Bone Sloan grabbed that steering wheel in Mr. Knight's truck. Grabbing that steering wheel in Mr. Knight's truck is a form of taking control of the vehicle. That's an element of car jacking. But, since car jacking in it's totality consist of taking control of and depriving the person of the vehicle in the California Penal Code Mr. Knight didn't have the privilege and right of self-defense or due process on self-defense.
