I never really liked these versions but cool that they made them. If they are doing all these remakes they really need to remake the most rare characters like the dalmatian, the cat and the giraffe so we can all have a chance to having a complete collection without selling a kidney!

I love these ! They're cool and fun! Love that toon font! I just ordered these today from target online. Was surprised they're still available 🐢

I get the pure classic experience, but sometimes I wish they would do some smaller upgrades. Like make each TV have a different image on it, and painting the accessories to be multiple colors (silver metal, color handle for example). Keeping the figures the exact same, but since it is kind of a premium collector item now, somewhat make them feel more premium.

I think that the original TMNT toys should’ve looked more like their cartoon counterparts.

I was able to find a set with complete accessories for myself a few years ago. So I'm debating if I want to get another set to keep on card. Personally I think these are cool and embraces the wacky nature of the toy line back in the day along with combining the popularity of the show. Love the pearl colours used. I'm hoping Playmates can do a complete re-release of the storage shell turtles next. Love those sculpts.

these were an instant buy for me as soon as I saw them up on Target website! A lot of people online were bad mouthing them but I think they're awesome, mine also arrived super quick, 2 days after I placed the order! I had the originals ones as a kid, but now I really only collect the vintage Raphael figures (just to save on space and money) I'm keeping my set on card and hanging them on the wall, love the card art and I especially appreciate being able to do the action features while keeping them in the packaging. Thanks for doing this review, now I kinda get to see them out of the packaging
  • Very nice set! They are really silly figures but that is what makes them kind of great. Like Leo's nerf looking swords with his creepy grin as his eyes slowly pop out. I also really enjoy the packaging box. So much TMNT goodness just keeps coming. I'm going to need a TMNT house to put all this eventually.

Everytime one of these new reissue sets comes out, I kinda wanna get it in hopes that Playmates basically reissues the entire wacky line for the foreseeable future, but I also simultaneously dream of collecting and owning a complete VINTAGE collection of TMNT NIB/MOC... so I think getting these will kind of make that redundant if I ever decide to start collecting the Vintage turtles. So far I've gotten the Blimp, Party Wagon and the Four Original Brothers from Wave 1 that released individually at Walmart. I'm happy enough with that on display for the moment, but I will 100% grab any new vehicle/playset reissues if they do them at the VERY least accurate to the vintage toy. The inexplicable changes they made to the blimp are dumb, as are the lack of paint details on the Bebop from the Villains set, and some other figures lacking accuracy or detail compared to the vintage toys. As another commenter on here said, it'd be really COOL if they made small UPGRADES instead of random downgrades... like maybe add some modern shading to some of them, or put some diecast on some of the vehicles or something like that... then it'd def warrant buying them even if you have the vintage stuff!
  • @Pokehon
Very adorable turtles definitely dig this set!
  • @roll4758
Can someone describe the quality control on these? I’ve had the 2021 classic reissues and the quality of the figure was poor. There was a lot of untrimmed plastic and the wrists were in poor tightness. His hands were insanely loose and wobbly to the point of them just hanging out
  • @chrisc6085
I always thought this line was kind of lame, I liked that they look more like the cartoon but hated the gimmicks and balloon weapons. I felt like these gimmicks turned TMNT into Looney Tunes.
  • @Bryan-fd7fp
Playmates forgot or just didn't paint the white dots on the eyes disappointed me but Its still a good deal compared with what the originals are selling for.
  • @wifiviralyt
What’s better toon turtles or all star sports TMNT
