I had always longed to have a truly unique home that was my own, but was on a budget. By chance, I discovered an old, forgotten house for sale for the unbelievable price of just $1,000. Even though the house looked shabby, I saw potential and possibility in it. The experience of buying an old house was full of challenges because the condition of the house was really bad and people around me were not very optimistic about my decision. But I firmly believed in my vision and bought it resolutely.
