  • I last visited Santa Clarita in 2016. Desert area that has been built up. Saugus school district is very good too.

    Toll Brothers is my favorite builder....This is not their best product. Very small home and simple build for a luxury option..The upgrades make it a tad tolerable. Pantry is so tiny.. Little floor space..tiny rooms..tiny office window..no soaking tub in the master bath.. Tiny yard...pretty much equal to a fancy townhome. If this is 2 million with upgrades.. I would keep looking elsewhere..

    I toured this place when they first finished the walk thru model. I couldnt afford it on air force pay, but someday im coming home and i dont care if its a studio apartment in jakes way lol. I miss scv.

    Nice house. Santa Clarita should require wider side set-backs, bigger back yards and street setbacks. They might as well just join the side walls of these places and make them condos.
