This is simulating countries in Minecraft, the 3rd variation of my series 100 players simulate civilization in Minecraft. Players will be able to free-roam across a 15,000 x 15,000 map of the earth in regions like the United States, Great Britain, China, the Middle East, Europe, Brazil, the Philippines, Australia, Africa, Arctic, India, Greece, etc.

Big thank you to everyone who helped me gather clips, record scenes, etc! This is honestly the hardest and longest project I’ve ever done, so I really appreciate everyone who helped. The style of this video is similar to Primer, Wilbur Soot in parts. A large influence on this series has come from content creators like @PrimerBlobs and @WilburPlays.

I like how one brave kid who worked at a Mcdonald's caused the end of the world by singing the national anthem while standing against the entire British army. 10/10
  • @Zee_Mikimaws
Oddimur's words came true, he was at the very beginning of the world and he was there to witness it's end.
  • @karalarson7552
The historical accuracy of some of the events that happened is hilarious. Carthage becoming a great power, Mansa Musa's trip through the Middle East, and the Spartans being hired as mercenaries. It's beautiful.

The unanimous "WOOOOOOW" at seeing Magic bribe his way outta the McDonald's standoff was hilarious.

Oddimur going from absolute power, to a highly guarded prisoner, to public enemy #1 and then retiring to watch the world burn around him is just phenomenal.
  • @anano69
Oddimur went from being the most looked man on earth, to the least know player. Best character by far.
  • @niko7009
I love how Oddimur's wish was fulfilled in the end, watching the world burn around him as he stood on the shoreline and witnessed it with passion, what a legend.
  • @qhelios
Zman and Oddimur, sitting in the place they belong while the world ceases to exist. What a goat
  • @fl01226
Oddimur casually killed three kings, escaped jail, went to a remote island and watched the world burn. Probably the greatest villain of all civilisation videos
  • @00.28.
Zman's entire ending speech was heart breaking he sounded like a man beyond his years seeing as the world slowly aged and decayed around him.
  • @lovesupreme3207
this deserves a nobel prize. that ending is actually high social commentary levels, like it speaks so much.
  • @kalebdunaway
Almost a year later and this is still one of the most beautiful videos/stories on YouTube.
  • Oddimer's prison escape was the best thing ever to happen in Magic Gum's simulations. EVER.
  • I feel like the natural sequel would be to simulate the same world in a post-apocalyptic scenario like Fallout or something, with settlements forming slowly over time and trying to survive in a world that is now a wasteland.
  • @Egobrains
i've rewatched this many times over the last few months and every time i do it feels like im watching it again for the first time. literally one of my favorite videos on this platform
  • @sponkmcdonk
I like to imagine the Oddimur, the man that basically kicked the first stone to cause what would turn out to be the end of the world, was just sitting peacefully outside his hut watching the nukes drop
  • I love Oddimur!! He lived alone in the end and watched the end like he predicted. Such a perfect end to an amazing story!!
  • As a Filipino being allies with the Chinese and most importantly their friendly in the Minecraft roleplay unlike the real world. I find the first time this nations came into contact and became allies historically accurate 😂
