And to think that the original prosecutor tried to bury the case. RIP Ahmaud
  • The time is NOW to hold the police captain and echelon and the prosecutor's office that tried to bury this incident without any investigation or charges. They need to be charged with obstruction of justice, witness tampering, abuse of authority, abuse of discretion and a bevy of other charges.

I can't get over how this young man's father ruined his life because he raised him to be so hateful. He won father of the year. And to all you hateful people, this is what happens when you raise your kids to beleive they are superior because of the color of their skin. Serves them all right, JUSTICE SERVED

I've watched this about a dozen times. I can't get enough of it!

That blonde lady lawyer's statement about Ahmaud was absolutely dispicable.

"The dead cannot cry out for justice. It is up to us, the LIVING, to do so for them." I believe justice was well served in this case and hopefully it will make a country wide statement about "vigilante justice." Well done state of Georgia. Well done.
  • My favourite part is where the hope visibly drains from pops’ eyes as he realises they’re all going down forever.

The judge was very professional in a very politicized trial. Held his calm and stayed on point

Don’t see how any other outcome would be possible if you watched the trial. Self defense is not chasing down a man and gunning him down.

When not minding your business goes wrong. Justice Served 👍

imagine how hard their evil hearts are pumping as the judge reads

A judge who was unbiased, respectful and acted professional!
  • I appreciate the judge not seeming pleased or displeased while reading the verdict. Impartiality is imperative.

Travis now has a lifetime to thank his dad for ruining his life!

It's a beautiful thing when the justice system works.❤️

This is how a judge should act. He is calm, he is professional, an outburst from the crowd ask to escort them out. It wasn't about making a display, it was about reading the verdict.

This is justice. The judge and jury stayed on their game through this highly publicized trial. Good to see common sense prevail.

Somebody in Georgia needs to file a state bar complaint against the blonde female lawyer who tried to dehumanize the victim by talking about his “long dirty toenails.“ There have to be ethical constraints against such racism, especially when it has absolutely no probative value in a case. I mean, did the victim attack her client with his toenails? The prosecutor in this case was absolutely AMAZING! I prosecuted for five years, and I know quality lawyering when I see it.

That moment when you realize you are going to spend the rest of your life in prison due to a few minutes of utter stupidity......not one I would ever want to have.
