He has the most iconic look, the most iconic voice, the most iconic army, the most iconic lines, (no I am your father at the top) the most iconic redemption, AND the most iconic theme, which also, in my opinion, is the most iconic bit of music of all time.

The thing I love about the Imperial March is that it's the same composition that depending on how it's played is a theme for two different things. Played more in full and in a more grandiose tone is usually the theme for the oppression of the Empire as a whole. Played only in a small part and usually slower and darker is Vader's personal theme. Same exact composition, played two different ways, it stands for different things.
