  • hey. just wanted to remind everyone that everything’s gonna be okay, even though it probably doesn’t seem like it now. you’re okay. you will be okay. if it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

I think this will be my next tattoo. Glances at it to remind myself everything is okay and I can get through whatever it is I'm struggling with. Remember to just breathe.

  • I like reading the comments along with the video because it’s filled with likeminded, kind people giving helpful advice & positive words which really helps me feel less alone in my anxiety & panic. Thank you.

This has helped me more than any other thing I've ever found/used. Even if it doesn't completely stop my anxiety, it greatly helps me calm down. It almost instantly slows my heart rate and helps the shaking go away. Sadly, I probably have to use it almost everyday. At least its here!

Saw this as a gif on Tumblr and I remembered that it helped me out so much that I decided to look it up in video format. I should definitely try and take 10 minutes of my time every day to do this because I was just in panic mode and I am feeling so much better.

probably way too personal to share on the internet but i’m gonna say it anyways. i’ve had chronic pain for about three years now, no effective treatments. tonight i can’t sleep. got a few hours and then woke up from the worst pain i’ve ever had in those three years. tonight is one of those nights when it makes me feel really hopeless, like i’m just gonna hurt forever. but this video is helping me calm down. thank you for uploading it. to anyone reading this, i want to remind you that, literally or figuratively, the pain will go away. i know it’s hard to remember but i promise.
  • I’m having so much anxiety about everything that’s happening in the world right now. It’s really frightening but this video helped a lot to release some of the stress❤️
  • I was feeling so sick, at that is the worst when you have emetophobia (literally the fear of becoming sick), and this helped so much thank you!

Whenever someone asks me what a panic attack feels like, I honestly can't describe it to them. My breathing quickens and I feel very very hot, which are normal things. But I cannot explain how it makes me feel like I am dying and my negative thoughts take over. It's almost like my panic attacks erase all of the coping strategies that I have learned in my anxiety journey. Even though this video is very basic and simple, it's truly been a life saver for me. At first, I didn't find it helpful, but after turning to it a lot, my body became used to seeing it as a symbol to calm down. Since it's worked ever since, seeing those shapes gives my brain a sense of calm and reassurance that everything will be okay. So thank you, for posting this. And if you are reading this during, before, or after a panic attack, I have something for you. Wherever you are, hold out your hand. Close your hand into a loose fist. I am holding your hand. We are in this together. You will get through this, no matter how horrible it feels, no matter how tired you are, no matter how many panic attacks you've had, you will get through this one. I believe in you. <3
