As a Bears fan i think Getsy may actually work out for yall. He had a top 5 run game both years in Chicago(#1 in 2022) and has really good run schemes. His biggest problem was Fields not being able to play on time. Bagent was an udfa with a weaker arm and went 500 in Getsys system. Bagent also had the lowest sack rate in the NFL playing in Getsys sytem while Fields had the highest in the NFL costing Luke his job imo. I think Minshew will ball out with Bowers and Adams next year.

Sometimes though. Second choice ends up being the RIGHT choice! I personally think Getsy is gonna be a better fit for our offense than Kingsbury given our personnel. And I keep saying it over and over again. AOC is gonna look like he did last year preseason than last year regular season. And will only get better than that.

That’s was a refreshing synopsis I gotta say. After all the slander and negativity aimed at the Raiders for this that and the other by media etc.. It’s nice to remind fans to maybe start looking at what the Raiders do have instead of what they don’t.. great piece brotha!

I enjoyed listening to your comparison between QB's and offensive "weapons." However, I think the performance of the Raider's Offensive Line is the key that will unlock the Offense. Great QB 's can deliver the ball while under pressure. Any RB can run through a gaping hole, and any mediocre QB can deliver the ball if given enough time.

If the additions to the o-line and-line pan out we will be unstoppable on both sides of the ball ! I believe we will see a much improved AOC and the addition of bowers can not be overstated , if Mayer can get more physical like bowers these 2 guys are going to beat defenses up !
