Being a YouTuber is very similar to running a business. You should upload thing people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. When the growth is real, you should consider hiring people with different skills (editors, script writers...) and continue to maintain a channel image that your viewers have in mind when they see your video. The most difficult part is starting and I have to say that if I hadn't found out about Famester, I would probably not be able to write this comment today.
