Actually sorta did this in my campaign! Well the reveal. Party is moving to attack a pirate ship crewed by were beasts. They’re like “yeah we can take this” then it splits at the bow, rears up, and eats the ship in front of it. They did not pursue

A were-castle. A BBG that travels the kingdoms and everywhere he transforms into a castle, he releases several monsters that live and hybernate in him. And if released they hunt humanoids and collect treasures like crows. Not for the BBG as their master, but because they like shiny things. Question is, how is the werehouse kind reacting to silver
