Trial & Triumph: Revelation's Seven Churches

Amazing! My wife is from Nepal, and when we were there, we visited the temples, ( there is one every 1/10 of a mile, it seems) and people bring food there every day, giving it to some of the ugliest “gods” I’ve ever seen, and at the end of the day, the poor and elderly eat the food. They are a million more times faithful than Christian’s today, yet so lost. It’s heartbreaking.

No doubt God is using your ministry in so many amazing ways. Give God all the glory for the gift He has given you!

My husband, and my mom have visited the 7 churches a few times back in the mid 1990s. A lot has changed. We also climbed the mount in Sardis a few times (no fence there then). We loved the video and the message. I shared with with all my friends and got very favorable responses. It was a blessing to watch--Lord bless. I would be very interested in that questionnaire that you talk about in the beginning of the film. We just started a new Revelation study on Friday nights locally and that is why I was looking at videos and found yours. One of the things we want to find in Revelation this go around is Jesus--since it is the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Last year we did a study weekend with friends all over the states on the 7 churches as a character study and saw some of the things you bring out, and we also appreciated the thoughts you have brought out. After watching it tonight with my husband (we watched some of the individual churches together, and later I found the whole movie and watched it myself) we said to each other--we are dead. Of all the churches we visited, I always loved Sardis the best--and sadly that was the dead church. I think we can identify at different times with all the churches and their issues, but tonight we felt dead. Not that we don't do a lot of things for the Lord all the time--but something is missing. We look forward to discussing this with our Bible Study group Friday. Lord bless and love from Alabama.
