I used to play with Wendy in San Diego and she is awesome. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. She is a 100% right when she says it’s about the people, everyone is awesome & the sport is too fun. Congrats Wendy & props to you! This was super fun to watch.

This is probably my favorite memory - My work had a company barbecue and we were having cornhole and water balloon toss competitions. I suck at these, but I decided I would play anyway and ask my blind coworker to be my teammate. He agreed, so we started brainstorming ways for him to compete. We decided I would stand behind the opponent cornhole board when he was throwing and shout at him so he'd know the direction. Then I would give him directions, such as 6 inches up, 2 inches to the right. We were also allowed to have all of our matches at the same set-up so there would be consistency. For balloon toss, I attached a whistling cat toy to it. We took 1st in cornhole and 2nd in balloon toss. I think everyone's minds were blown.
