    Thank you! Domestic /narcissistic abuse survivor here. Trying to navigate through a very lengthy and messy divorce roller coaster. There are times when things get so distressing that I wake up terrified that his attempts to destroy my kids and I, keep my head filled with worry. I wake up at 2am my head filled with worrying and fear! Your voice comforts me and helps me to fall back to sleep, distracting my mind from the ambush. Thank you šŸ™

    I sometimes wake up between 2am and 4am. This has worked consistently in getting me back to sleep until alarm time. It's miraculous.

    Jason, you are my hero, thank you for your guidance I suffer from PTSD and a rare genetic disease like MS but it's called Charcoat Marie tooth. It effects my muscles and nerves. This is a great relief

    By far my favourite back to sleep meditation. If this were a record Jason, it would be worn out. I awake often at night, so I play it over & over...sometimes to get to sleep at the beginning of the night too. What can I say, your soothing voice is a strong tranquilizer.   • Okay, this was awesome. When I woke-up in the middle of the night, I felt like I was wide awake, and I was just certain this wasnā€™t going to work. Wrong! This worked like a charm! Saving it on my meditation playlist for when I need it again.

    Thank Jason as being a senior in highschool and about to graduate and having to have my classes at home has made my anxiaty so bad that I canā€™t sleep and I found your videos and this particular one helps me so much to sleep at night and eases my anxiaty and worries thank you so much!!     This works, put me to sleep in a few minutes. It allows you to turn off your brain and you stop all the nagging thoughts that keep you awake. Worked for me, and I am usually still awake when the Birds start to sing and daylight arrives.
  • Youā€™re amazing Jason! By far my favorite sleep hypnotist, from the voice to the music and imagery (which doesnā€™t matter if youā€™re sleeping, of course)! I found myself lying in bed just listening peacefully for a few minutes after I woke up because I refuse to let the fast pace demand and insanity of American society rule my reality and make me anxious! Thanks so much for your efforts and mastery... they are truly appreciated especially in these crazy times!
