    If I canโ€™t sleep , I usually spend some time in worshipping and read Psalm. After 30 minutes, I would sleep like a baby until next morning with any disturbances ! It works well.

    Garlic is really amazing when it comes to health. My mother has a problem with blood pressure which sometimes causes severe headaches. When she eats garlic with water instead of medicine, her pain goes away. Like magic

    My mom used to put garlic under my pillow cause I told her I had nightmares and when I slept with the garlic under my pillow I didn't get any nightmares. My mom knows lots of stuff for health things since her mom always took care of kids and she also helped people in need.

    In my family we put fresh lavender or lavender scent under the pillows. It helps and it also smells awesome :3

    Garlic, milk and honey was our family's remedy for colds, flu and sore throats when I was growing up. Soothing, helps with sleep and a good antibiotic.

    If I drink the recommended drink before bed, the only spot I'll be sleeping will be the bathroom... on the toilet. But that's just my peculiar case maybe because even though I like milk and used to drink it a few years ago, now I find it to be in a big disagreement with my stomach. Yogurts have much of the same effect. No noticeable issues if consumed as ingredients in cooked foods. Soured Cream, cheese, and other dairy products seem to be fine. I am a new subscriber and find the information on your channel to be very valuable and I'm very grateful for it. Many thanks.

    I just realized that I have been eating garlic for a little while. My battle with insomnia has improved. It calms you into sleep, just by the aroma around the house.
