All I know is my family has used apple cider vinegar all of my life to do just about everything, and of course, I do too. It must be doing something right since I have never been sick. Moreover, I eat and drink whatever I want, and my doctor says my physicals are always normal, except for two doctors who actually told me my results came back perfect!
