Just imagine how sweet old Mags was a vicious competitor if she won her hunger games with a fishing hook of all things related to fishing.

Mags was telling Finnick to look at the camera during the reaping. Because she doesn't want everyone to know that she was Finnick's weakness.

Haymitch was in games with almost 50 peoples with a good percentage of that being careers man that would be a pretty cool movie to see!

Joanna Mason's strategy is actually smart. Pretend to be weak so tributes won't see you as a threat. She waited for everyone to kill each other off while she conserves energy and kills the remaining survivors 🪓

Fun Fact, Cashmere, Victor of the 64th Hunger Games was from District 1 but was a troublesome victor for President Snow and was exploited for her body similarly like Finnick Odair, yet is so overly overlooked by many fans due to her being a Career

Victors were always fascinating to me in the book. How they won, what happened to them after, and etc. The 75th definitely would've had me interested if I lived in that universe.

the fact that we know about 22/75 winners just goes to show how much thought suzanne collins put into the whole world and not just the main characters. I think it’s one of the reasons the series holds up so well today and why we’re still able to look at it with such appreciation a decade later instead of finding hoards of flaws and missteps that we hadn’t originally noticed

I realized this now, only when he mentioned how Finnick got sponsors because he was good looking. Finnick was FOURTEEN!!! Fourteen and already had the capitol looking at him like he was a piece of meat

I wish we knew more about Annie. She obviously had more to her than being traumatized seeing as finback fell in love with her. I think her character could show the toll of ptsd on a person.

I want a prequel movie about Haymitch!! It would be interesting to see why he is the way he is (downward spiral into alcoholism). Secondly, I’d like to also see Mags, Johanna’s, and Finicks back story too.
