Working out to be “the best at what you do…even if what you do is not very nice”

So this is the full breakdown of my shoulder day. Shoulders are truly imperative when it comes to shooting heavy bows, they help us stabilize and keep the body from compressing in on itself so shoulder days are certainly one that I take seriously and push myself very hard.

This guy is built better than 90% of the "fitness" influencer community... and he's natural, respect

I just want to say I love your transparency about why fitness is important for the things you love like your family. You are an inspiration as a father, and are really showing the amount of effort it takes to do all the things that make you happy. The world needs more like you. Honest, humble, transparent and genuinely leaving nothing but a positive impact to those around you. I hope you achieve anything you ever want to brother thanks for everything!

My Goodness, I just discovered your channel, you look like an absolute beast, while also seeming incredibly chill, huge props to you!
  • Your message is the most important and precious thing. To get results it takes a lot of patience and perseverance, and you are one of the few men who says so. nothing happens in 6 weeks or 2 months. it takes time and dedication. I appreciate you my friend!!

I’ll take the advice of a wholesome Chad like this than “fitness influencers” who shill for miracle pills and products. I’m so glad that Admin introduced me to this channel.

You talking about a end goal- my goal is to have a physique similar to Rollo from Vikings, so I would sit and study his body, as weird as that sounds. after about, idk, 2 weeks of just looking and wishing, I finally got the motivation to work toward it. Now here I am, about 1 1/2 later, still working, and slowly but surely getting there

Great motivation for all of us. Thank you, Dash! Especially how much offen do you train, so every single day you have a trainig, and here the result!

From one archer dad to another, I love the dad advice, would love to hear more. My oldest daughter and I are making bows together, something I promised two years ago, and I was thinking of making one for myself that I can almost draw, and working my way up. You are an inspiration.

You certainly have achieved amazing results in 5 years. I have been at this for 14 years mostly calisthenics training and still quite skinny 5-10 and 160lbs probably 10-12% bodyfat. I devote about two hours a day on this so I can say what you have achieved is very special.

Excellent video! It is such an immense tribute to the strength and fortitude of the ancestors making sure that we would be here. When RL maxxed to RPG levels of ridiculous. They had no supplements, no steroids.
  • I think what catches me the most is your character and your whole "we are here to have fun" attitude. I used to do taekwondo for 14 years and was incredibly flexible, trying to find the right balance between core strength and flexibility. All the best, Mike ^-^
