All the bowls used in this sound bath have tones below 300hz. Some of the metal bowls have multiple tones but I chose bowls with 100 - 200hz tones for sure! Enjoy!
Also SNORING ALERT - one of the participants fell asleep and snored rather loudly at certain points in the video.
