In Jeremiah 5:1, God confirmed the importance of TRUTH in saying: "Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and seek in the broad places, if ye can find any that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.” Jesus stressed the same in his Ministry.
“Jesus said the following: “Go ye into all the WORLD, and preach the gospel to every creature” Mark 16:15
“And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free”. John 8:32:
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24:
The 26 Bible verses, in John 17, was Jesus' final longest prayer to God, just before his crucifixion. Jesus did many things during his ministry. In John 17, Jesus asked God to do specific things for those who would follow him, those include his followers today. The following are some of most important request Jesus asked God to do in John 17.
“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth:. John 17:17.
“Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.” John 17:11.
“That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me”. John 17:21.
“And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:” John 17:23.
“I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me”. John 17:23
PERFECT is a pretty high bar, would Jesus ask God for something impossible to do? Most would think not.
“Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory..” John 17:24. Where I am is present tense, Jesus was already there and wants his present day followers to be there with him today as well.
."..that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. Jesus last plea to become one with his followers. John 17:26
I want to share something with you, likely it will be the first time you heard this. What you read in John 17: verse 11-21-22-23, is the only place in the Bible where Jesus said that. He never said that during his Ministry, nor was it mentioned anywhere else in the Bible.
Jesus had a large healing ministry, he raised the dead, heal the sick, and fed 5000, etc. However, there is no mention of any of that in John 17. Jesus could have said, Father thank you for permitting me to raise the dead and heal many. I pray those that follow will do even greater miracles, so the World will believe thou has sent me. But instead Jesus ask God, to make them one so the World will believe.
Jesus didn’t have the internet 2000 years ago, but the spirit of Christ is within his people today, who are using this technology. According to YouTube analytics, the Scourby YouBible Channel videos, are being accessed in every country in the World. The stage is set for his' message of TRUTH and LOVE to reach “every creature”. It starts with one share, and possibly a prophecy made 2000 years ago could be fulfilled. Lets' all do our part and let God do the rest.
Big Tech, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Etc., all have vast digital platforms, that believers can connect to and start sharing the TRUTH in his word. The key TRUTH, understanding the importance of knowing the "TRUTH", since knowing it will inoculate you from ever being deceived by a lie! Remember, the very first lie was told to Eve in the Garden of Eden.

John is my favorite of the Gospels because it shows the redemption of Peter. If God can forgive even someone who denied Him three times, he can anyone.
