The climate emergency is now clearly here and a new problem is that we cannot transition quickly enough to solar and wind energy because these storms will easily knock out any solar and wind farms. Engineers will have to reinvent solar farms, maybe in dome shaped structures, and wind farms need to have protective casings. Those tall skyscraper like wind turbines are simply not going to work. We need to go back to seeing if nuclear energy is feasible, because the coming times are going to be desperate times.
