The Pasig River Esplanade Phase 1C was inaugurated .This project is a part of the Pasig River Urban Development Showcase Area at Plaza Mexico, Magallanes Drive in Intramuros,the 25-kilometer development project, which is part of the ongoing “Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli” project.
Phase 1C introduced a one-story structure with a roof deck along the Pasig River, featuring a three-meter wide walkway flanked by leasable commercial spaces at the ground level and a combination of a walkway, bike lane and viewing area on the roof deck.
It will encompass over 30 commercial stalls equipped with modern amenities, including sewage treatment, individual electric and water meters, fire protection and public restrooms.
The structures will use renewable energy and promote other ecological practices aligned with the environmental protection and conservation strategies of the government.
The additional 250-meter development connecting the existing esplanade from Jones Bridge to Plaza Mexico and Fort Santiago marks the completion of the 500-meter showcase area of the Manila Old Downtown Segment.
the ongoing “Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli” project, the newly inaugurated Phase 1C features pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, commercial zones, and green spaces that are expected to drive local economy and tourism through food and retail stalls, walkways, bike lanes, and boardwalk.

Mas lalo gaganda yan pag mapalitan o maparenovate yung mga building sa likod ng esplanade.. at sana 24/7 may bantay at nagroronda jan para di baboyin ng mga squammy

Sana gawin na lang station ng Pasig River Ferry system tutal dadagsain naman ng mga tao iyan.

Mas maganda pa sa BGC ung tapakan na semento kesa sa ginawa nila jan...Basta need lang e maintain kasi mabababoy naman yan pag walang tagabantay at taga maintain...Nonstop dapat ang mga developments..Always clean...Pag may mga nakitang vandals at basura linisin at ayusin agad...m

Bakit wala yatang restrooms sa phase 1C ? Napaka importante ng CR lalo na sa mga seniors. Kailangan marami.Kung hindi kayang libre kahit na may bayad pa. Ito ang laging problema sa mga tourist area sa atin.

Masakit ang cobbled stone lakaran? Arte mo... nakapaa ka ba. Yan talaga sacrifice gusto desenyong colonial, authentic ang dating.... kaya wag ka maarte.

Dapat may bantay yan. Sirain lang yan at pagsusulatan ng mga siraulong tao dyan. Sana irequest mo sa kinauukulan kung hindi ilang araw lang yan malinis tingnan.

Hindi kasi dapat diyan nag lagay ng establishments eh, ang lapit ng Intramuros konting lakad lang dun dapat nilagay ang mga possible establishments. Kasi kapag nalugi yang mga yan at wala ng mamg re rent magiging tambayan na lang. Dapat open space for viewing lang. Isa pa pag tag ulan at ganyan ka grabe ang baha diyan eh sino ang pupunta? Puro beautifications sa esplanade pero ung tunnel sa Jones Bridge dugyot at bahain pa rin at hindi man lang ni renovate?
