Her statement about people knowing what the constitution says bing important . Knowing what is being threatened by the courts and government , says all I need to hear .
  • May God be with her throughout the process and as an Assoc. Justice in the Supreme Ct. We need her as much as how Scalia served and even more than he did.

Justice Scalia said the greatest thing about the Constitution and America is the "Separation of Powers" clause in the Constitution. It is what sets our country apart from many other countries governments. Everyone can have a Bill of Rights, but those can be taken away easily by an oppressive government unless of course the government is limited by the Constitution which is what America's Constitution is all about. The "Separation of Powers" clause not just at the Federal level but at the state and local levels is what makes America and it's law to stand the test of time.

5:54 God bless and protect ACB, our newest Supreme Court justice!

All Justices should be originalist Constitutionalists, not activists, exercise jurisprudence, and avoid legislating from the bench. Justice Amy would be the best pick. Long term it will heal our America in many ways.

Barrett’s name tag on the table incorrectly says “Barnett”. Oops!

I so appreciated Rachel Barkow's summary of Justice Scalia's principles. Republicans always come from a center of morality, principles and decency. I'm so proud to see there are conservative women in important positions. As a Republican conservative woman myself, I feel listening to Rachel Barkow, that I am not alone. Notice how ACB listened carefully to every word Barkow spoke, nodding at one moment. That is active listening.

Constitution day , just like Independence Day , the French have Bastille Day, celebration of the end of monarchical rule. It follows that a nation of laws and United States should celebrate the Law and the foundational documents that provide for the framework not only of freedom but the order that it rest on.
  • ACB has a habit of speaking her thoughts ... and not reading her cheat sheet. What a brilliant mind!

Weird how all of these videos are being recommended

ACB has tried hard to shed her thick Southern accent, but it's still there.

Love for the Constitution means love for a document that allows flag burning.
