In this video I will teach you the most common time markers in Spanish, and how to use them with the correct Spanish tenses. You will learn which time marker goes with what tense. You will also learn to express when something happened, or will happen, how long has it been since something happened, how often something happens, etc. You will learn the most common time markers Spanish speakers use such as: rato, desde hace, el que viene, antier, el próximo, de vez en cuando, and more. While you probably know the basic words to describe the past, present, and future in Spanish, in this video you will learn words that are more common, practical, colloquial, and widely used by native Spanish speakers, which are words that you will hardly find in textbooks. You will also learn to make sentences that need specific time markers, with simple and advanced Spanish tenses.

I know Ana has been making these videos for 8 years, but she brings as much enthusiasm to her classes today as she did 8 years ago, which is admirable. Ana really seems to love teaching and it shows. There are many teachers offering Spanish classes on You Tube, I have probably watched at least 10 other teachers, but she is by far and away the best in my opinion. Ana's classes are fun, energetic and comprehensive. I hope she has earned mucho $$$ off her videos over the years.

I love Ana, she is funny and puts so much energy in teaching, not boring at all!
  • The best teacher I have come across in life. Your legacy will never end nor will it be superseded by anyone.

Dude literally she is that laid back teacher who actually teaches you

You are an absolutely amazing teacher. I learned a lot of Spanish in high school. I became somewhat fluent. That was 27 years ago :-) I now have a very keen interest in becoming very very fluent in Spanish and your teaching style is absolutely brilliant. I love how you weave actual conversational Spanish into the lesson. Your repetition is timed and cycled perfectly. Not too little and not too much. This is like finding a pot of gold. Thank you for all of your amazing work

I love your passion for teaching. I have learned a lot these past few weeks since I came across your channel.
  • 8-10 days ago, I could hardly speak any Spanish at all. Just a handful of words.that was all. Then I quite literally soaked myself in the language. And Ana's videos has been an important part. I memorized a few hundred Spanish words, in addition to those that are easily convertible from English and already after 2-3 days started to be a pain in the ass for quite s number of Latin Americans in one if those language exchange apps. Today, not even two weeks after I started, I can chat online with strangers and make myself understood with some goodwill and patience. And I am lucky enough to have made my own little group of online friends, two girls and a guy, who wants to practice with me regularly. It's been hard work pulling up to 16-18 hours a day sometimes, but it seems to be working. Thank you Ana for doing your part helping me structure all the information.
  • Spanish is my first language, yet I’m still watching her videos lol
  • You have probably the realest natural character in a human. A desire to learn made easy.

With an avid interest in Spanish language I began following your classes. What I gain, besides the linguistic nitty gritty of the language, is your excellent manner of teaching. Kudos to you, Anna. Carry on.

My high school Spanish teacher was a scary Cuban dude who taught by fear. It's why I quit Spanish then. The resources now are so much better and welcoming that I enjoy learning the language again. Ana, you are great.

10 minutes after discovering her channel I have learnt more than months spending in Spain. Thank you for your lesseons anf your humor.
  • I think Ana’s lessons are so helpful to me personally because of her examples she uses with each item she is teaching. You learn the item she is teaching and many other commonly used words or phrases in her examples. Truly the best way I’ve found to learn more in my goal to be fluent. Gracias por todo profesora 🙏👌🏻
