  • Having your constitutional rights infringed by a social media company on behalf of the federal government isn't injury? It injured every single person in the country ffs
  • SOCIAL MEDIA DOES NOT ALLOW “FREE SPEECH”. Except when it’s in their best interests.
  • @rh5971
Then no one can ever sue them! What a complete BS ruling!!! All Americans were all harmed by this and they decide that they don't have STANDING? OUTRAGIOUS!!!!
  • @RaysDad
When the Supreme Court refuses to protect the Constitution we are in big trouble.
  • @daisuke6072
Cover up as usual, they are a disgrace. It's a further weakening of first amendment rights.
  • Who is threatening the SCOTUS? That's the only thing I can see from where I'm sitting.
  • to have "standing" for the common man means you have to let them harm you incarcerate you and only then can you bring a case the distinction and game they are playing is... implied violence, and conditional violence, to scare you away from your rights because no one wants to be attacked and incarcerated before they can FEEL FREE TO SPEAK ...FREELY!!
  • Wouldn't it take a class action lawsuit from "We the people" to create "Standing?"
  • @Richard-te8pb
What some cowards. That's what they want to hind behind?
  • @daveminer9217
If you think we have free speech now, just try to post a comment here using words or terms that "Big Brother" deems inappropriate. Your comment will "disappear" faster than Barbara Eden nodding her head.
  • American 'rights' really started to deteriorate on 1/20/93 look up

It would have been helpful if the SCOTUS explained the reasoning behind them " not having standing"., as well as explaining who does, or would have "standing" to pursue this Case.Because I dont think ANY Americans from ANY side, the Left or the Right, thinks it is okay for the current Govt whoever it may be ,to demand social media outlets silence people , opinions or ideas.
  • In theory, anyone whose social media account was interfered with in any way as a result of making statements contrary to the Administration's position on COVID, Hunter's Laptop, etc. was "injured". Many of those who experienced a reduction in reach, ban, or demonetization directly had their First Amendment rights impaired by the Administration's actions. All of those actions could also be an unconstitutional "taking" because the governments actions restricted the account owner's rights so much that the governmental action becomes the functional equivalent of a physical seizure. Anyone who was directly injured could therefore have standing to sue the Biden Administration under the First and Fifth Amendments.

We the People expect an apology from the DOJ. So far, since the passage of The Patriot Act, it is the only mental institution that has not admitted to being imperfect and making mistakes.
