Civic Nebraska is the lead agency at six before- and after-school programs in Lincoln and Omaha. At our Campbell Elementary School Community Learning Center in north-central Lincoln, the focus is on community, safety, health, learning, and fun – as well as those democratic building blocks like fair play, civil discourse, and critical thinking!
