On August 16th of 2021, El Dorado County suffered one of the worst fires in California history which all but eliminated the town of Grizzly Flats, my home.
This is a short video of the ceremonial land blessing from Tibetan monks, the Miwok Native American Tribe and a drive through of what once was a green Eden of the Sierra Nevadas.
The ceremony was on my land and the site of my home for the last 17 years before the fire. It was performed on the 3rd of January, 2022.
