The Kangra Valley Railway is a 2'6" (762 mm) gauge railway that runs from Pathankot to Jogindernagar. It runs through the sub-Himalayan region of Kangra Valley and is 164 kms long. The railway is part of the Firozpur division of Northern Railway. It is the longest Narrow Gauge line in India and also the longest 2 ft 6 in Gauge Railway in the World.

We used used to bunk school and roam in this train. Thanks team himbus for refreshing our memories. Back then minimum fare was Rs. 2 and maximum was Rs. 15. So grateful of you guys for the memories ❤️...... Thanks you so so much

27 stations pe rukne wali train mast hai.wahi asli mzaa deti hai.chote chote village's bde ache lgte hai . Pahadi is always good kind .love HIMACHAL ❤️

This is lesser known narrow guage train in India. Everyone knows about Nilgiri, Darjeeling Himalayan rail, Kalka-Shimla rail and too some extent Matheran rail. I was quite unaware about this rail untill few months back. This is as beautiful as those trains.
