This song saved my life when it was released. I had lost everything I worked so hard for, and I was on my way to give up on everything. I fell into depression and decided that I had enough. I was ready to bid farewell, and this movie was released. My daughter was nagging my brain out to take her to the movies to watch it. Me in my situation that time, spending 2 hours watching a movie was the last thing I wanted to do, let alone a cartoon. But I felt sorry for my daughter having to suffer because of my depression. So what the hell, I might just take her so she would stop nagging. So we went with my wife and daughter to watch. Then boom, this song, it was stuck in my mind and made me reflect on each word that night. I didn't and couldn't sleep that night thinking about those lyrics and it hit me. I didn't lose anything yet. I am just not paying attention to what I really have, a wonderful family and a strong determination that I forgot about. Maybe I had a shut eye at 6am for about an hour, then went on to wake up with a new prespective about life. Here I am, 6 years later, as stong and successful as I would have ever imagined, a wonderful family that stood by me when I was at my lowest and still having my back, then on my way to claim my MA in Clinical Psychology very soon. All this is because of the reminders this song gave me, and my wife and daughter who were always with me. I still go back to this song every now and then, to listen and smile. In a way, I am thanking the lyrics and everything about this song that made me realise all what I need in life.
