Sophie Sky is styling here clients beard to go with his new viking styled haircut. The client is growing his beard out, but prefers to keep it tidied up around the edges.
Sky uses her trusty Wahl clippers to fade the sideburns and clean up the lines. She free hands the chin area with scissors to make sure she doesn't take any unnecessary length off the bottom.

FINALLY! A guy who knew what he wanted and didn't let them butcher his natural beard. She has skills, these guys just need to give her clear directions. All she did was tidy up his beard a bit, it's still full and looks natural.

more barbers need to understand the simplicity of this kind of mastery she just did. Sometimes the lightest and most minimal of touch and adaptation to the beard is, in fact, the most. More is often less. Less is often more. All but elite barbers like this are a beard atrocity waiting to happen because of this simple, fundamental understanding they lack and consequently impose on every trim.
