I listen to Candi Staton when I was in the world she was a great singer I follow her music for years, but I came to know Jesus and stop listening to rythem and blues, then I heard her singing Sin doesn't live here anymore I was glad to know that she had gave her life to Christ, I said she was a great singer back then but after God came into her life she's even greater, because she didn't act or pretend, she is real, with her relationship with Christ. Her testamony I'm sure has been a service to so many, she was favorite of so many in the world, But now she's lead so many to Christ thru her songs and the Anointing that rest upon her. I thank God for Candi Staton she have persevere thru much, and kept the faith. Coming out of a world that most thought was impossible, she is one of those that proven God can do anything...

I remember her as a pop/soul singer in the 70's. I am glad to hear she is a Christian and still singing. God Bless her!!!
