This 'How to Astral Project | Guided Meditation to Have an Out of Body Experience' video is designed to help you astral travel with ease. I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

My voice will then fall away, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out of body experience or deep sleep.

This particular meditation uses a unique technique based to help you activate your energy body. It is an extended 1.5 hour version.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation technique is set to binaural beats, so it’s more effective with headphones.

    I've had quite a few requests for longer astral projection meditations, so I've extended one of my favourites (light merging technique). There’s about 30 minutes of my guidance, followed by an hour of binaural beats without any guidance and no call back. This allows you to stay in whatever experience you’re having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of-body experience or deep sleep. So get comfy and come drift off with me... this one has been created with lots of love and from deep within my wardrobe, lol! Hope you enjoy - let me know if you'd like more extended versions 🌙

    I dont normally comment things but, I listened to this on a whim because it was in my recommended and I was having trouble sleeping and decided to try something new. Some context: I really havent been able to sleep much at all for almost a year now due to chronic sciatica that I'm still trying to seek treatment for, and ive been pretty miserable and sick as a result. Weirdly enough, this has been the only thing that has effectively put me to sleep. And not just that, but the calm and relaxed and near entirely painless feeling I get from the period before I fall asleep is the first in a long time I've felt physically comfortable. I've been listening to this for about 3-4 nights now in-between my meds when the pain returns, and without fail it calms me and puts me to sleep almost instantly. I know that wasnt necessarily the intended use of this, but it has worked anyways, so uh. Thanks for making this ig. I dont know how, but you ended up making the one thing that's brought me any relief in about 9 full months, and I'm pretty glad it exists.

    I tried this for the first time today and at the point where you said be one with the energy you are the energy I felt an intense rush of vibration and like my whole body went numb, I was in that state for about 5-10 seconds before I came back down because I felt my heart rate increase dramatically. Crazy experience
  • I think i had an experience last night, i felt my whole body vibrating, then it felt almost like a plunger sucking me out of my body, i didnt see myself sleeping or anything, but i felt like i was zooming through what looked like aurora borealis, i felt a feeling of 'whoooooaaaa, and a conscious thought of 'im doing it!' I dont know how long this lasted, but i ran out of it as if from a parachute jump onto what i can descibe as a train platform, then all the colours dissappeared and i remember laying there thinking is it finished, thats when i opened my eyes in my bed, and realised it was over. I feel like i did it, but if it was just a dream it was frickin fantastic! I just wanted to share as no one in my current life will understand, i feel they will think im insane! Much love to all x

    Wow, that was incredibly intense. I felt whole my body tingling and my heart beating like crazy in several moments of the meditation. I'll keep practicing.
  • This did it for me this morning. I Astral Projected for the first time in awhile. My melatonin tablets definitely helped. I put my awareness to my heart. It was a lucid dream that turned into me having my arms raise up. I did whatever I wanted. Was in the New York City tunnels. My sleeping position was awkward and my knee got inflamed. I was unable to walk in the OBE. When I came back to my body, my arms came back the same way. I felt like I was on fire when I came out of it. But was very good and felt like a release.

    THIS JUST WORKED FOR ME 👀!!!! I am MINDBLOWN... for YEARS ive tried tp intention my visit with a specific person to NO AVAIL... This time, that changed AND I was also able to intention the meeting location..... WOW... Of course there are caveats - nothing is as it seems or at least isnt as simple as one sentence... but I did end up with my dad, IN OUR OLD HOUSE, just as I intentioned... and neither of these things were possible before... I took extensive notes right after I woke (2 hours from beginning this video) -- I sincerely wish there was a way I could follow up with you to share what went on and learn how to proceed... IF THIS IS POSSIBLE, please reply with how... Meanwhile, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH... Your voice and instructions simply work for me... it felt right from the start. Youre my new youtube guided meditation girl 100%

Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

    Second time I tried this. The first time went okay, but this time was a lot better. There was several points of interest I want to note and maybe someone can help me understand what’s going on. I felt like there were 3 different “states” of consciousness I was experiencing. First was being fully aware of my body and mind, second was when I had no awareness of my body, but I did have awareness of my mind, but I wasn’t projecting, and the third was something that I slipped into and was conscious during, but only lasted a split second because my heart spiked and set me back to being aware of everything. This happened a few times. The last time which I could not come back from was when I lost all sense of body, and a bright white light started rapidly growing in size from the centre of my “vision”. This made me almost jump and set me back to as if I had just laid down to start. I believe if I hadn’t have done that I would have projected? Not sure. Would love to hear others thoughts and experiences!

    What a great visualisation. Your ability to put someone into a monoideastic state would make you a fantastic clinical therapist. Light workers are so needed right now, so much residual anxiety, fear and suffering from recent events such as pandemics, war and natural disasters make the job more necessary than before! The mind is a fantastic servant but a terrible master, you help to bring that essence of what is back to the forefront…bless you Rosalie ✨🙏✨
