Easy Pattern that repeats 3 times, no bridges,
Step 1) Running Man x 4 (running man can be replaced by marching, as demonstrated by Loisy, on the left), hand chop low x 1, hand chop high x1 with 1/4 turn...repeat to other 3 walls, until you are at the front again.
Step 2) Cross right foot in front of left with arm pull downs, recover, repeat on left side, repeat on right side, when right foot recovers, walk to right, 3 steps with 'snake arms'
Repeat on left. Perform entire step 2 twice
Step 1 again
Step 3) walk right with arms out at sides lazy leg x4, continue but complete a full turn, with left arm behind back
Repeat, walking left
Step 1 again
Step 2 again
Step 1 again
Step 3 again
Step 1 again
Step 2 again
Step 1 again
Step 3 again
