Oh, that's going do absolutely nothing. For those who have a shred of common sense, criminals buy their guns from other criminals, which means your laws won't apply to them

He said it all. The laws that they already had could have worked if implemented correctly. But once again instead of trying to get the government officials to use the laws they have, they pass more laws trampling people's rights instead.

A law banning guns would not have helped stop this crazy man from killing. Most every criminal has a few guns. They don't obey the law.

Violates the Second Amendment. Personal safety isn't the responsibility of the government. But of the individual. Taking away the people's ability to defend themselves is to allow others to trample of said people's rights.
