That is general awareness of safety and concerns in India. and if I show any concern of safety, people will laugh at me. Earlier complaints were made but then no action was taken, students should not enter such a dangerous promises

If a complain is submitted and no action is taken ... There is an option of lodging a complain with Human Rights Commission.... I did the same and Human Rights Commission asked for a report from the concerned authorities for not taking action

The Onus is on the Civic authorities and the Delhi Government in particular to face the music of law for their sheer negligence, incompetence and lack of apathy in doing their duty which have taken 3 human lives!! Shame!! shame!! This guilt will never leave you!! Indian judiciary should bring them to task asap to avoid this sort of tragedy in future.
