  • What I love the most about UE5 and Epic Games is that they're putting high quality game/film development in the hands of everyone with a computer that can run it. From indie developers to HUGE AAA studios. God bless them.

The lighting is something I’ve never seen digitally so when you moved around those objects it looked like I was watching real life footage. So trippy
  • @Leanzazzy
Damn the rate at which technology is progressing never ceases to amaze me. Respect to you and all the other creators making free tutorials and content for others to use 🙌

Unreal is both accessible, pretty easy to start with, expansive for adding new options, and constantly upping their tech. This is the way all programs ought to be to make creativity an accessible outlet regardless of what you create.
  • 15 years ago I told someone that someday we'd be able to work on 3d scenes while they're already rendered. He said I was crazy

The games that we will receive in the next few years are going to be INSANE
  • @HowieRaps
I feel so blessed to be living in a time where information like this is available to everyone.
  • This is awesome! Thanks for the tour of features. Your examples were great.

I really like how you don't just go thru the talking points - you actually show us how it works. UE5 is really the only thing so far that I've seen that I consider to be "next-gen" - and it looks damn good!

I seriously applaud you for making a video that starts with a premise and then gets to the point without all the fluffery of normal youtube. High quality output with high utility.
  • @DEATHHEADYT
The crazy part about this, is it will get even easier as the years go by. Everyone is going to be making something at some point, and I’m not just talking about UE5. The video looks like Star Citizen grade graphics - minus the 10 years and $500 million crowd funding.

Even as someone who has no idea how to develop games I love watching these videos and seeing the advancements in these game engines because it shows off all the ways game development gets quicker, cheaper, and better.

I'm a Unity diehard through and through, but my jaw dropped when you moved that cube in front of the window light. That's mind blowing

Is there an option to add random asymmetry to Metahuman faces? One of the most subtly disturbing things is that video game faces are perfectly symmetrical; no human face, no matter how pretty, is perfectly symmetrical.

It’s great seeing major developments like this in graphics, feels like it’s been stagnating for a while now
  • @RAZR_Channel
Excellent video. Very well explained for the layman such as me. How long do you think it will take game makers to effectively implement RE-5?
  • @wasp6149
Idk if it’s just me but growing with the technology since 2000’s have been crazy cause I got to see every bit of it the growth, stuff like this the little but important things in games we’re always what caught my attention, wondering how it worked

Hello, bro, if I delete buildings, especially tall buildings, they are still there when I render. I don't know how to remove everything that is included in the rendering. Can you help me?
