I checked my own profile to check why it took you so long to complete the game because it only took me three hours, and I realized that I didn't have all the limitless line hats even though I had the achievement for owning all hats, so as far as I can tell you wasted your time getting the limitless line hats as they appear not to be required for 100%...

The second boss of Tax Evasion has toast on its back because toast always lands in the buttered side but cats always land on their feet, causing the boss to continually roll

43:50 long story short, it was part of a crossover between turnip boy and super animal royale, for SAR it was some missions that are reference to turnip boy in a way or another and you get pretty cool items for doing the missions
