계속 여러번 많이 만들고 하면 인간이니 실수할수도 잇고 실력이나 눈썰미가 쳐질수도 잇을텐데 어떻게 저렇게 한결같을까요 기계같이 정확하고 깔끔하고 케이크 수십개 수백개 만들어도 하나 하는데도 정성이 대단하십니다!👍 저도 대학교때 케이크 만드는게 좋아서 제과제빵과로 갈려햇는데 케이크 위에 장식하는 생크림 꽃마져도 쉬운게 아니더라구요.. 계량도 계산해서 다 해야하고 케이크나 빵 굽는시간.온도.방법도 다양하니..참 제과제빵 하시는 분들이 참 대단해요..ㅜㅜ지금은 커피쪽으로 일을 하고 잇지만 아직까지도 대단하고 존경스럽습니다♥
