John 18:36 Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not an earthly kingdom. If it were, my followers would fight to keep me from being handed over to the Jewish leaders. But my kingdom is not of this world. " If what he is saying is true, who would be more qualified to do that than the original apostles? They didn't take dominion, they spread the message of the cross.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations... Matthew 28:19 It means people groups. It does not mean you will take over their governments.

The called out ones who are in process taking the mountains are the ones who really appreciate Lances teaching which keeps them encouraged

In the Bible the world is founded on four pillars, which are government, religion, economics and society. These are the worldly pillars and heaven in contrast has its four which are seen as the four Cherubim in Ezekiel and the four beast around the throne in Revelations. The only time seven mountains are mentioned in the Bible it is with regards to the Great Harlot which sits upon seven mountains. Revelation 17:9 “And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.”
