I used to help an uncle in my younger years with his tenement houses restoring apartments that were lathe and horse hair plaster and it was quite the task and mess. Nothing on the scale of what you are doing but it gave me an appreciation for this type of work and the skills I acquired on the way. Repointing and glazing windows, rehanging doors after squaring frames, electrical and plumbing sweating pipe. Everything is plastic now you can hardly find anyone to do these things. Skills I have passed on to my children so they don’t have to call a guy. Such a project as this would be too much for me now physically but I really enjoy watching these videos. Takes me back some 40 yrs
