Victini, The Victory Pokemon. This pokemon is known to share its power of Victory to those who are worthy. It is also known to have the only known pokedex number of #000 in the Unova Pokedex. It is found in Liberty Garden in Pokemon Black and White. This is truly a Mythical Pokemon.
