She needs to be removed from the bench.And disbarred if she cannot be an impartial judge. And rule on evidence/facts .... not popularity.

It is the 11th Circuit Appellate Court that MUST take her off the bench. She is not impartial !

she needs to be removed,,, she has signaled that she will dismiss the case after the jury is sworn in, therefore getting double jeopardy activated and stopping refiling of the case.

There needs to be a law prohibiting a judge from hearing a case where the defendant is the one that appointed the judge to the bench. Problem solved.
