Interrogations like this don't happen often where the suspect outsmarts the detectives and knows EXACTLY what to do... This is the case of Dababy, who is one of the people who got out of an interrogation better than he went in.

  • Calling him a criminal befores he’s charged with anything is alarming. Also editing his shirt orange to make it seem like he’s already in jail is wild.
  • Dude makes the key point every criminal should remember: The cops always say they've got this and they've got that, and they already know everything. But if they know anything at all, why are they working so hard to sweat something out of you?
  • People can say whatever they want about Dababy but the way he handled this situation was absolutely intelligent
  • - " If you had proof I killed her, I would be behind bars now." -"We called you here for a parking ticket."
  • "What time were you there?" "I don't know, the time the camera shows me not robbing anybody" Best answer ever!
  • It's simple. You either ask if you free to go or you ask for a lawyer. Never say more than you need to

His immense confidence makes me smile so much though. He knows his shit more than the cops somehow.
  • @Corrupted
Changing the color of his shirt in the thumbnail might be the dumbest type of clickbait I've ever seen lmao

It is scary to think that an innocent can be convicted of crimes they never did.
  • @DutchZeringer
The way he caught them trying to make him give a different version of the story was sharp as fuck. I wish I acted more like that in high pressure situations.

"Stay silent and get a lawyer, especially if you're innocent." 🤣🤣🤣

I am not a fan of Dababy as an artist/musician, but I gotta give him massive credit here. Well played.
  • Its horrifying thinking about how many innocent people have gone to prison.
  • "Anything you say, CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU, in court of law." Proof that you should never talk to police after that has been read to you.

I have a lot of respect for this gentleman how calmly he was able to conduct himself in a very stressful situation. We watch these videos of police officers acting a certain way, and we tell ourselves that we would be able to handle it but the fact of the matter is is when it’s happening to you it is a totally different situation. Until it happens to you you really can’t understand what you would do. I was recently accused of doing something that I hadn’t done and it made me consider all of the innocent people that must be behind bars.

I love the body language of the two cops with the first guy. They often have a preconceived attitude and conclusion about us, and when we break that stereotype, they don't know what to do and shows all over them.

“ let’s take the word robbery out the picture “ “ then why are we here? If we take that out?” FACTS😂😂😂
  • When someone been through this process multiple times you know what to say to the police 💯

I've been waiting for someone to tell police to rewind their recorder after they've asked the same question and finally somebody did. Bravo 👏
  • "I know if y'all had proof of me robbing someone, we wouldn't even be talking." And the silent that came after the rest of what he said. Bro gamed them with the truth and they were just sitting there, trying to figure out how to put an innocent man behind bars over a crime that he didn't commit still. Amazing.
