I just started nursing school, and I literally have been taking everything you say and some other nurse youtubers into action. I work 8-4 everyday, then I have class at 5-10, and I have 3 kids. omggg no time to do nothing! my planner is everything. Thankkk youuuu
  • I quit nursing first yr I was only 18 when I started. I honestly didn't think I could do it but for some reason it has stayed as my dream job. Even while giving birth I was interested in how some machines worked or what the nurses knew what they were doing to me if that makes sense. Then my baby ended up in the nicu and when I would visit her I'd look at the nurses in awe. Like working with these babies must be hard to see but a dream to do. Ever since then I thought THIS is what I want to do. A NICU Nurse. I'm so motivated to go back more then ever next year. I've even had signs thrown at me. I KNOW NOW THAT I CAN DO THIS.
  • I put my phone on airplane mode so when I attempt to surf the net it tells me no service so it reminded me that I was studying

I failed Med-surg 3 last semester and am now retaking. I am finally passing my tests and having a lot of Aha moments this time around. It has renewed my confidence. So failure sometimes is a good thing. But I'm looking forward to the end and NCLEX.

Yooooo I needed this pep talk about the focus and time management. I’m in Health Info Tech school but these med classes are TAXING !
  • time management, budgeting my money and dealing with stress are already my weaknesses and my classes in Nursing hasn't even started yet.

I've watched literally ALL of your videos and I must say THANK YOU! Although I'm still in the pre-req stage and had to start over from scratch I AM THANKFUL for BEAUTIFUL SPIRITS like yourself giving us students advice to help take a little pressure off! You have inspired me to finish not only for my daughters but for MYSELF and for all of the beautiful people in the world who need nurses. I thought at 26 years old, WHO THE HELL AM I KIDDING, I can't do this with two children and a full time job, but look at me.. back in school KILLING IT! Thank you from a complete stranger that watches your videos once a week to keep my inspiration flow going! You're AWESOME girl! Keep striving for GREATNESS!

What helped me the most through the BSN was A&P I & II, Patho I & II, and medical terminology. But always stay focused and study 💯
  • Thank you for this, I️ just failed my first test in nursing school & college!! Pretty bummed out, but Ima keep pushing!
