I wouldn't count on any system that alerts law enforcement to react in a timely manor. You might as well figure an alert to your phone (where ever you are) is going to get you there before any police react to it. If it was identified to be illegals breaking into your home - different story - the police would be there immediately to assure the illegals were safe from the home owners who were legally protecting themselves.

Some of those home security might cause a criminal to claim they got hurt while breaking into someone's home. And the police may arrest you for using such "dangerous" security methods. And most Police department have their hands ties and not many on patrol so takes a long time for them to come out once a security system alerts them.

Yeh, the thing fires towards the neighbor's house, if it misses the perp, it can take out the guy across the street.

This is ur friendly reminder that in most countries YOU are responsible for any damages to property or person that happens on ur property. Example: Fog machine goes off, intruder hurts themselves in the confusion, you are then liable for their injury. Enjoy.

Only problem with fog device is here in the UK it takes anywhere from 1 to 3 hrs for the police to respond!

I'm only halfway through this video, and so far every gadget is only effective for one criminal. The majority of home breakins involve multiple criminals. You need a gun.

If I capture someone breaking in I;m pretty sure I can hold them until the police come, but how long can I hold them? Hrs, days weeks or longer? I'm I obligated to feed them

Hey Scotty, I really need some help. I have 2 cars not running. I am stuck 45+ minutes away from anything and over an hour away from EVERYTHING...lol.. yep. So the two cars here and I am in serious need to get to town (70+ min. away) town to get prescriptions for my wife and to an auto parts house for, well, many things which are not here. First car is a 1998 BMW e39 5 series with a 5 speed manual trans. It will start up and run for about 60 seconds then shuts down and won't start again for 5 or 10 minutes if it starts. When it shuts down, it acts as if it was switched off.. or choked out. I have tested everything from the ECM, the charging system, filters, fluids, ect. Replaced the tps, air filter, cam and crank sensors, it has new plugs, coil packs, air filter, maf sensor, IAC valve, there are no vacume leaks, all the connections are good. So it fires up and runs perfect until I Rev the engine a bit, or try to drive it. Then it shuts down as if I turned off the ignition. I have no scan tool ATM. And I am at a loss of what it could be. When I try to restart it. It runs rough. First startup it runs great, then dies, and next startup it runs bad. I need to fix this car to get parts for the 2018 honda cr-v ex, which is a whole cluster of problems on its own. Tell you about the honda in my next comment. I actually believe that you might do a video on that topic..lol. so I have no other means to get to town and I have today to get there and back.. On a better note, my wife and I absolutely love your channel. You have been a part of our home broadcast for years now. We hope to hear from you, we really need your help, or advice, asap.
