This Yoga Nidra was designed to create deep relaxation in the body and a sense of relief within the mind.

Yoga Nidra means 'Yoga Sleep' it is a practice that enables you to relax consciously and enter into a state of dynamic sleep. It is induced by a guided meditation which takes you into a state of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
