You can have anything you dream of as long as you don't want it. When you think of vibrational resonance understand the thing you must really embody is matching the energy to where it is natural for your current identity. Join the High Vibe Tribe: aarondoughty.com/highvibetribe

I 100% agree with this. This was me for years. I was always chasing things. That was money, approval, but especially relationships. I felt I always craved a romantic partner, until I realised that my ideal partner is ME! Once I gave myself the love and approval, and STOPPED looking to the outside world through desperation. My energy and reality shifted. The right partner came into my life effortlessly and In a way where I'm unattached to the outcome. So overall I got what I wanted without needing it! Hope you get something from this, don't give up in achieving your goals Much love ❤🙌

I'm proud of you Aaron. Been following you over the years and you've grown sooo much. It's cool to see. Your authenticity grew as well... yay!

Right. Detaching means letting go of doubt stress struggle and strain and allowing your real power of belief in self, joy, and wisdom, accepting trusting and allowing what is trying to come to you to come.

This is better than having a life coach or therapist. Google algorithm already knows me better than I know myself.
  • Omg I’ve been sleeping for years.. I’ve followed you since you started and my life changed, but I couldn’t get this until now. Aleluya! Got it finally! 🙏🏽

This guy tapped into my inner unconscious jumbled thought process, looked it in the face and spoke to it with compassion.

Hey Aaron, thanks so much for that. You’re talking to a huge generation of people who have been brought up psychologically tricked into wanting more. Nothing was good enough. You always had to have the next best thing. Commercial kids. Greater impact than one would have thought to undo that psychological imprinting, you need tools and absolutely a different perspective. This is so empowering. Much love to you. 💕🙏
  • Love the simplicity 🦋 the vibe you give to others of “being” as you are…not needy. Worthy, whole and complete! Thank you!

My family: We're worried about you. Get married! Me: No. (Internally whispers: I already am!) 😂
  • I believe letting go of your desires as one of the hardest things in manifesting for me. Thank you Aaron for this amazing explanation. I’ve heard it so many times before but it says if we need to hear it over and over again let go and allow let go and allow be what you desire to be, live in the present moment
  • I don’t know why it’s taking me so long but this finally clicked in my head. I’m always chasing. Looking back, I realized I received the most was when I was not thinking about the end. I’m saving this video for a frequent reminder to let it go!

I can already feel a massive shift in my life, gratitude, and appreciation

Your explanations are the best! What most people in the community do is they do tons of techniques but from a place of lack. We don’t affirm in order to get something but as a reminder of who we already are. I don’t do techniques anymore as they always make me feel in lack too! If I had what I desire, I wouldn’t be sitting here doing affirmations and whatnot. So now I’m just focusing on my self concept, self love and balancing my nervous system 😊

I didn't like the way i looked. I wanted to look more fit. I worked out. I got fit. I look more fit. I eventually learned to enjoy the process!

I just popped in to say that the way i believe you do it is by detaching yourself from wanting something and aligning yourself with your calling for a higher purpose. By the alignment, the "want" becomes a byproduct.

I call this "duping the vibes", it's incredibly effective.

Sometimes in business we crave to push forward and try new things.. however I have found it is wise to stick with what works and that you are good at! That is what brought you success in the first place n shouldn’t be taken for granted 💁🏼‍♀️
