The most toxic "friendship" is between Kyle and Cartman without a doubt. Whenever one of them is happy, the other one is miserable. 🤣

It amazes me how Stan, Kyle, Kenny are still with friends with Cartman despite all the bad stuff he has said and done over the years.

My favorite friendship has always been between Butters and Kenny, although we don’t get to see it as often, the genuineness of it is just great to me.

I would have thought that Kenny and Butters would have been the healthiest mainly because Butters cares deeply about him and that Kenny actually respects him. Stan and Kyle have had their rough patches, but I can understand putting them at number 1 mainly because the Kenny and Butters friendship is barely seen

Cartman's friendship with Kyle just HAS to be the most toxic relationship! I saw that coming from a mile away!

I'd actually give the gold medal for most toxic to Cartman and Butters. While Kyle and Cartman obviously hate each other and are always seen fighting, it at least has occasionally seemed genuine. Whereas Cartman is only friends with Butters to manipulate him.

I’m not surprised that Cartman’s relationship with all his friends is toxic. He’s pure chaotic evil.

I want to see more of Kenny and Butter’s’ friendship

It's safe to say that Cartman will never have any positive or healthy friendship/relationship with anyone except figments or personifications of himself! I also hope for more Kenny and Butters in this new season

I wish this video talked more about the other kids AND adults too. It surprised me to see so many friendships and characters missing, including all of Craig’s gang, Wendy, Bebe, and even the parents and teachers like Mr. Garrison, Gerald, Sharon, Randy, Mr. Mackie etc. While I agreed with all these rankings, it felt like some key friendships were missing.

Kenny and Butters' friendship needs more screen time.. their friendship was very wholesome than the other boys..

Jimmy and Timmy are my favourite friendship, they're always there for each other and bring out the best in each other too. Despite the rough start they're friendship is rock solid now and I doubt anything would split them similar to Stan and kyle.

Stan isn't tolerant of Cartmen he's indifferent except when Eric takes things too far. I think Cartmen's intentions to be better friends with Stan are actually quite sinister. What better way to hurt Kyle then to wreck or at least have control over the only healthy friendship Kyle has?

Honestly, while Kyle and Cartman are a very toxic relationship. It still astonishes me that Cartman still wants him around. Even going as far as saving his life a couple times and vice versa. I think Cartman and Butters is even more toxic because Butters has gone through so much psychological torment by Cartman that it makes it hard for him to even fight back and just has to endure whatever is given to him. Honestly Butters just has it rough in general. Constantly being grounded for very petty reasons, picked on by Cartman. Belittled by Stan and Kyle. Heck even the townsfolk always seems to blame him for something he didn't do. Heck even his own grandmother abuses him. Butters isn't even his real name. It was a nickname by the creators to play on words butterscotch. His real name is Leopold. You know all of his relationships must be toxic if not even his parents call him that. Kenny has nothing to really lose so keeping friendships is something he values and it is something Butters really appreciates.

Stan and Kyle friendship with Tolkien should’ve been on this list.

I love how Cartman doesn't have a healthy relationship and grey area relationship with anyone.
