The way you talk to yourself (aloud or on the inside) is a powerful expression of self-love. It's not easy and can take some time but saying "I love you" and "I believe in you" to myself as well as thinking or speaking affirmations to myself concerning my worthiness to have my deepest desires fulfilled did really manifest some miracles over the last years. I've had a difficult phase and felt lost but I've managed to realign with the path of my fate. Besides the content, I appreciate your passion for detail and this high quality production.
